**Q: For some reason alot of the clear timy balls came out after an hour of having it on and i am concerned to what is was, can you advise please?**
A: The tiny balls from inside the nappy is super-absorbent polymer (SAP), which absorbs liquids. This isn't harmful to your baby, but it seems you may have a faulty product. Please return the product for a replacement or full refund.
