This steam inhaler is of very poor quality. It stopped working in less than 6 months, despite being used fewer than 10 times. The unit overheated, produced a burning smell, and raised serious safety concerns. This is actually the second time I have purchased this product. The first one lasted about a year, so I initially thought the failure was an isolated case. However, after experiencing the same issue again, it is clear that the product has serious quality and durability problems. I do not recommend this product. The overheating and burning smell are especially concerning, as they pose a potential safety risk. The manufacturer should seriously improve the quality and safety standards of this item.
