They will expand about 2-4x their uncooked size. A mixture of wheat flour, tapioca gives it a very unique flavor and texture. You can season them with Rani Chat Masala or your favorite blend, even salt and pepper. Ingredients Wheat Flour Fine, Tapioca starch, Baking powder, Water, Salt, Containes Sulfite (Sodium Sulfate), FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Yellow #6, FD&C Red#40, FD&C Blue#1. CONTAINS WHEAT Directions Fry in hot oil for 20 seconds to make Indian chips.
