### ⭐ Defective after a few months

I used this a handful of times within the last five months I’ve had the steamer, and then it stopped working one day. The boiling coil wouldn’t work; the ozone function wouldn’t turn on, and the steamer light would turn on but not the steamer itself. I tried calling and either getting new parts or returning, and I was told I could return it, but I wasn’t sent a QR code. I called the next day and was told I wasn’t able to return it because it was past the return window. I’d recommend buying a steamer through another company/website and check their return policy/warranty. This was a waste of money. It’s also very light and doesn’t come up high enough for my clients; it also slips down, even when the screw is tightened. Really wouldn’t recommend this steamer; it’s going into the garbage
