After doing Insanity, 1 1/2 hours at the gym working out and not really losing a substantial amount of weight. I felt like my weight loss had stalled and needed something for that little extra push, I decided to try this.You have to take 3 of these a day spaced out on an empty stomach so it can be tricky having to time it daily. I leave at least 2 and a half to 3 hours between eating to take them. The pills themselves are an average size. If you take various other vitamins then these are no different to swallow unless you have those sorts of issues. I take one first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, one mid morning and another mid afternoon. I've been taking them for 2 weeks now and the first week I haven't noticed any side effects or sleep disorders or any huge differences in energy.Coming to the end of the second week I am beginning to feel the effects. I seem to get slight heartburn from them, that could be the cayenne in them as I am fairly used to caffeine. However maybe I'm over doing it as I have also been sprinkling cayenne over my food last few days, I can't totally put that down to the tablets.In terms of weight loss, it all depends on your goals and attitude. These fat burners are just there to compliment your efforts not to work magic. I eat grapefruit before breakfast. I eat lots of vegetables and quality proteins. I drink 8 glasses of water at my desk at work with a piece of lemon in daily (and another liter at the gym) I hit the gym at least 4 times a week and combine an intense workout of cardio with weight training. I make sure I move away from my desk at least every hour (usually to visit the toilet after all that water). I don't have sugar (use raw honey if you have a sweet tooth) I don't eat junk food or sweets and crisps and biscuits and cakes (only occasionally).These fat burners are really just to help me lose that extra bit of fat around my waist as my brother's wedding is coming up and I want to look my best.They do work as do most fat burners as long as you understand how they work and include them into your program and not rely on them solely. So it is very difficult for someone to give a review and say yes these are amazing and I've lost all this weight unless he or she adopt an appropriate eating and training regime.Being healthy is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. Despite that, these types of pills are good for those who have real goals and work hard to achieve them.
