The recipe for this Italian-style nougat has been passed down the generations and followed meticulously to create these treats. - ONLY QUALITY INGREDIENTS - Only high quality ingredients are used to create our delightful nougat candies. The ingredients are sourced, checked, and tested for quality and taste before being used to create the chewy nougat. - THE GOODNESS OF HONEY AND MAPLE SYRUP - The Italian Almond nougat is made with clover honey that is sourced from the Peace River region of Alberta.
