While two smaller sizes did slide into the universal head, 3/16" refused to do so. After not finding anything on Arrow's website or YouTube that would help, I phoned Arrow Customer Service who forwarded me to their Tech Support. Although I left a phone message with them which I later followed up with an email, there was no response. This as well as all Arrow rivets I bought for it are being returned.
