Avoid ‘fulfilled by Amazon’. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best gluten-free flour I've tried thus far! *by S***N on 4 October 2022* Since finding out that I (most probably) have Coeliac Disease last week, I've tried making lime cakes with a few different gluten-free flours. This one is the best I've tried thus far! It doesn't taste of much, allowing the lime to be the dominant flavour, and it made tasty, moist little cupcakes! Other that being slightly more yellowish in colour, they were almost exactly the same as if they'd been made with normal wheat flour. I plan to use this flour for my baking needs from now on. I used only three quarters of the amount of wheat flour I would normally use, as per instructions I found online.
