I even found it through a recommendation from a friend who has used it in the past! I ordered a large after reading that it runs small and looking at their size chart.The bra I got is different than the one pictured in this listing. This company must have changed the bra design since they posted this and not changed these images. And the new design is confusing and doesn’t work with my pump flanges!! It has two straps on each side (in my photo) that are not obvious on how to use. I had to look up the video to figure out what to do with the straps. It relies on tension by resting behind a large part on the back of a flange. My Medela flanges don’t have that part! So it slips right off. And the straps were too tight, pressing my breast down way too much. And when I loosened them, the hole to stretch over the flange was way too little. Anyway, I was mislead when I purchased. Also, they really do run small! I feel like even the large was too small for me and I’m a 34C while breastfeeding.I will be returning this because it doesn’t fit me as I’d want it to (which is too bad because the material is soft and stretchy and I think it would be a very comfortable bra!) and it isn’t the design I expected to receive. Look at the bra on the LactaMed website before you buy this! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Received two different styles- Love one over the other. *by A***R on April 12, 2019* I ordered two of these. The first one I ordered was like the picture with the hole in the cloth. I liked it and liked that I felt more covered pumping so I decided to order another one. I was having trouble with the bra suctioning to me and would typically have to hold one side, but I need one with padding for work, and like the ease of it. I just assumed that was how the bra worked and it was the shields that where the problem. So I ordered another one so I wouldnt have to worry about having a clean bra or having the one I needed for work in the laundry.The second one I got had the two straps on each side as shown in some of the pictures. I was disappointed because I had no idea how to use one like that and it didn’t come with directions. I didn’t use it for a long while after I bought it- I had just thrown the package into our hamper and my hubby washed it, so I couldn’t return it. However, over spring break (I’m a teacher) I was pumping during nap time and I was wearing this bra because I had discovered it was easy to nurse in, unlike my other one. I decided to try pumping in it. The first few time I used it I only used one strap on each side- I was completely unaware of the second strap but it was working ok with a little trial and error.The other day, I discovered that wonderful strap on the side, and realized how to do it!You put your shield through the strap closest to you first, and then put it through the second strap. You can adjust these as needed- I need mine pretty tight. Once I got it, it was a total game changer. I’m more confident pumping hands free AND it’s easier to nurse it, so I can wear this bra on the weekends and not have such trouble nursing in the mornings! I honestly hated pumping and now I have it down and feel confident about it!I’d love to order another one, but am worried I’ll get the one with the fabric as shown in the picture. I know my review was long, but hopefully it helps others out!For size reference, I’m a smaller bust size- about a B cup while nursing, A cup pre-pregnancy and use the extender adjuster on the back to make it a little more roomy around my bust line. My breasts were between a D and DD before I got pregnant..no clue what they are now since I’ve been breastfeeding but they’re quite large. I have had a hard time finding a pumping bra that is comfortable/stretchy and could be worn under any of my clothes.
