**Q: Does tis contain caffeine?**
A: yes...but not strong enough to make you feel wierd

**Q: Are these the best thing to take for water weight?**
A: I don't no if there the BEST but they do work, I only take them at a certain time of the month.

**Q: Did this product change because last time they had it for weight loss and different cover , or is it the same ?**
A: I've only used it one with no results.

**Q: How long does this take to work?**
A: You can start seeing a difference later the same day.  I take regularly.  Be sure to keep yourself hydrated though.  Seems counterintuitive to keep drinking but you need the fluids and it helps flush out where you are retaining.
