This fits the bill perfectly. It's very small when it's in its case, but it's quite roomy once it's set up. Up. And setup is so fast! Literally less than 60 seconds. We've had pack and plays in the past where the sides do not want to lock into place, but these lock in so easily and yet it's equally a breeze to take down. The padded mat at the bottom is quite thick, although it's not as soft as perhaps I would like, but we can always add a different mat if we want to but for now it's working just great.
