This hatch doesn’t have a catch or a lock so check if that is something you need, for my application it worked perfectly - I was considering making a frame and a door in timber to fit there but for the price of this and metal construction it’s a no brainer. Highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made *by T***C on 13 January 2024* Used to box in a water isolation valve made the job tidy and neat ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy and easy to install *by N***S on 10 September 2022* I needed to create a hole in a dividing wall behind a bathroom to replace a tap otherwise the only other alternative was to take out the bathtub... With this inspection hatch, I can easily hide the hole and in the future I won't have any issue to replace the tap. Compared to other hatches I saw, this one is sturdy and there is almost no gap between the frame and the door.
