They will work the following Bitmain Miners: D7, L7, S19j Pro, S19 Pro, S19, KD5, LT5 & the new S19 XP.All you do is remove the existing fans, and plug in the four 4 Pin Fan Spoofers (Included!) on the AISC's control board where the original fans would normally plug in. The 3D printed shrouds came with all new hardware along with fan simulators to eliminate the high pitch fans on the S19. Installation took 5 minutes, and the hardest part was installing the inside screws of shroud. If you are a diehard miner, then you are familiar with taking an S19 apart for monthly cleaning, so installation is no different. The seller has great pictures of the unit installed and shows a totally different way to mounting the S19 with the shroud legs which I have adapted because it works for my little farm. I will be purchasing more of these units. The shroud also worked on my S17+ case (The seller does not advertise it). The Power supply on the S17+ would have to move back 1" to get the back screw installed then slide it back in place afterwards and the rear shroud was a non-issue. **** I've included pictures of the S17+.... Again, the seller does not advertise this fits the S17+ case but the S17+ benefits from this shroud in TEMP and NOISE levels just like it's big brother the S19. Review: Very good. Does the job. Wish I bought one sooner. - Update (02/07/2023): Reached out to the seller, who responded very quickly and sent out a few fan emulators for free. Fantastic customer service. Update (02/01/2023): Two fan emulators failed 6 months in. The shroud is excellent but without the emulators the L7 simply doesn't mine, rendering the shroud useless and resulting in daily lost revenue. Very good. Does the job. Wish I bought one sooner. Is that for sale yet?** A: It sure is! **Q: Hi. I may want to mount 10 miners onto plywood backer boards similar to a couple of your pictures. Should I tie all exhausts together to run outside?** A: In short, it’s best to have separate exhausts, as you don’t want to have an issue with them fighting each other to breathe….in theory, it is possible….you would just have to calculate the increase in size for the total flow….. The other option is to install a separate larger fan to create the exhaust flow….again large enough to handle all of the ASIC’s. **Q: Do you make one for the KA3?** A: Yes Fruits does check his other listings **Q: What's the overall power consumption going this route vs. using the 4 factory fans? less, more? i know different s19s vary between 29xxw to 32xxx...** A: Each one of the fans draws 1.5A-2.7A each depending on the manufacture of the fan. Some fans run 1.5A will not get up to high speed needed to really keep the S19 cool. I have seen 2.7A fans that run upwards of 7000rpm. The AC Infinity S8 I believe draws 2.27A. My S19 runs at 14-15A and I have to run a 50A breaker r but when I used the Shroud it reduced my amps per unit and I could run a 30a PDU which is more readily available and cheaper than the 50A PDU. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Noise reduction *by S***N on August 5, 2022* This kit was easy to install. The miner won't function if it detects that one of the fans isn't working, which means that I can't use this product any more.
