I am pretty experienced with makeup and working very close to my own eyes, so I found this product quite easy to use! For people who aren’t as confident, I would say it’s still doable! It just might take a bit more fiddling and being careful to not get anything in your eyes... or maybe get a friend to help! I was lucky that my product was completely in tact (with no shattered bottles like many reviews said). I do agree that the glue isn’t super useful.... it did work enough and I think that maybe a weaker glue is good so that the perm and fixation solutions can penetrate past the glue and actually work well. I highly recommend using a tiny piece of plastic wrap when the solutions are sitting for 8-12 minutes to help keep the lashes down! They just keep coming back up.** A: I had the same problem. I just kept applying more glue and pushing them down until they finally stuck. I had a few stragglers but permed anyway, and they turned out fine. **Q: How soon can you retreat them as a corrective touch-up? One of my eyes didn't curl as much. I don't think I used enough solution.** A: I did mine again the very next day when one didn’t curl enough **Q: Does this work well for thick eyelashes?** A: It should! If your individual lashes are thick and coarse, you may have to use extra glue. Just take your time and work with them. The hardest part is getting them stuck to the eye pad.
