Review: It's well made and was easy to install and the extender piece, however, is not removable. Once in place over your valve, it's there to stay! Make sure all pieces are installed appropriately before fitting on the extender! Otherwise, youll have to purchase another rite temp valve. Thankfully, this was not the case with mine!
