Frank & Sal’s Italian market is 45-minutes from where I grew up and the taste of their products brings back very fond memories. Everyone has their own favorite way of topping the ends of the cannoli. My Nonna used orange peel, instead of pistachios, so that’s what I tried first. Out of this world yummy! I was able to fill 10 cannoli shells with 1 package of cannoli cream. I believe the advertisement says 8. I originally got the cannoli for my 65th birthday at the end of the month. I couldn’t wait until then, so I made the pictured batch 3-weeks early. Any occasion is a great occasion, when there’s cannoli on the menu. Thanks Frank & Sal’s Italian market, I’ve been craving good East Coast cannoli for years.
