Be careful to double-check that the film you buy is 35mm (it is called 135 sometimes), not 120. For a 36-exposure roll, you can take at least 72 photos. Sometimes you will see 24-exposure rolls, which can give you 48 photos. Very easy to use, a perfect camera to start off in film photography. This was my first half frame camera. Paired with the Kodak Gold 200 film, you'll have beautifully creamy and nostalgic photos with a relatively high grain, and gorgeous colour. Really rich hues of red, yellow and green. Lovely. I like that it’s half frame so you get more out of a roll but in terms of performance it’s pretty average. I like that it’s cheap enough that if it was to get lost or damaged I wouldn’t be too upset but it also doesn’t look like a cheap, flimsy toy. It’s also light enough that you can have it in your pocket or bag and it won’t weigh you down all day. I would recommend this to anyone who’s just looking for something to have fun with and isn’t too concerned about the results. I personally like to take it on hikes and days out for spontaneous shots as it’s not a heavy burden, but I certainly wouldn’t want to capture any once in a life time shots on it.
