That's the only good thing. I put a nice thick glossy glide across the top and bottom and rub my lips together, it's nice. Then the tingle starts in. It's interesting, different, but ok. Then a few more seconds pass it's intensifying. I feel like I rubbed a ghost pepper on my lips. I accidentally lick my lip and now my tongue is on fire. My lips are not plump at all, just on fire.
