The one with 4 mm bore not make sense to use, there is almost no advantages over stock.I have doubts about whether there is titanium or stainless steel at the bottom but that does not matter. The important part is a copper block on the top which should improve heat conductivity to the whole cold zone. Machining quality is good with the top diameter at 7.00 mm (to 10 microns or better) and the neck is narrow at 2.70 mm - this is as low as you could go.
