First one I ordered had the tip b rye off. Was in large box with no protection so just rattled in box. Replacement came but was packaged poorly but this s time one of the proaction inserts in an eye was missing.

Q: How do I return a rod.? You sent me a broken rod on Christmas.

. if you get items off amazon website but use a secondary seller...they still go through amazon, so contact the seller and then contact amazon if they do not do the right thing
