Easy to use and I think even my grandkids will enjoy this unit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a reasonably good beginner's stereoscopic microscope. *by R***S on January 7, 2020* The optics in this low-magnification stereoscopic microscope are free of perceptible distortion, and the illuminator and focus mechanism work properly. I bought it because as a child I used one in a biology class which my father attended, and was fascinated to be able to see small objects in such detail. This microscope does that as well, and does it well. It has shortcomings, such as straight-through optics, so one must look straight down at the sample, and small lenses, so one must be careful not to move one's eyes from directly over the eyepieces. Then again, it was not intended as a professional tool. Those cost between 5X and 50X as much. But for the price and for its intended use it is an excellent product.
