MUCH better than my old flat white base 3 brush mechanism. It SUCKED. this fits perfect, and it barely slides around. Brushes stay put, and havent screwed out yet.. it hasn't been long but we put our brushes through hell and they're submerged in water 14hours a day.. and my girls are so rough on everything even tho they don't need to be!! I got these and I told all of my employees if you want these brushes to treat you well, you need to treat them well. We never have goodLuck with the dish brushes, and what makes these different than the others is right off the bat there was no struggle whatsoever when trying to make them stick to the sink and stay.
