A: Reply to Tiyo4ever, you were answering about the AMAZON warranty, but the question was the manufacturer's 18 month warranty. They are not the same, Amazon is 30 days, and the manufacturer has 18 months if you write an email with your order number and a photo of your hot plate. As to the question about if free shipping, I just got mine today, so am also curious about this answer if the seller or someone else can answer it, I would appreciate it.

**Q: Can I use 12" pan on this stove?**
A: Absolutely.  You are able to do everything you normally do on a stove top.  It is easy to clean & store. . . .   It is an asset to have this extra electric countertop "burner."  It is helpful in any occasion.

**Q: How long is the cord?**
A: It has a longer cord than most hot plates. I have not had any problem reaching a plug from any location I decide to use it.

**Q: Can I use 12" pan on this stove?**
A: I used a 10" and it worked perfectly
