The writing on the buttons is tasteful and not too obtrusive. The color is also subtle and it’s nice to have a choice between antique brass and redder copper. Copper worked best for me; I used them to add buttons on three different jackets. As for installation, I found that tapping the base into the button with a hammer and then finishing them off with a C-clamp works best. Just don’t go crazy on the clamping or you’ll bend the button a bit.
