It faded really fast, as expected, and as I'm not ready to be rid of the pink I tried getting pink dye to redo it myself. Well, I've got longer, really thick hair and all of the places I tried to order from either don't have enough in stock or is on back order for any of the colors I like. So, I came across this product and figured it wasn't going to be very effective.. but figured I'd give it a shot and WOW! I'm actually mind blown at the results after one use. The original pink was basically completely gone out of my hair, leaving me with an orangey bleach underneath.. it had to go! So, I wet my hair, put on gloves and applied this product (pretty generously) throughout my hair and left it on for 30 minutes before washing it out. I def used more of this than I would a normal conditioner, because I wanted to make sure it was an even color throughout my head. The smell of it is decent, could be better but it's not bad. It goes in well, and rinses well. And my hair is pretty darn shiny and soft! So far, my only complaints are that it's a small bottle- I wish it was a little bigger. And lastly, the color isn't what I was hoping for it to be. The bottle makes it seem like it is going to be a vibrant pink.. you know, hot pink, like it's titled to be.. but it's def not hot pink! It's more like a regular pink color with a strong red tone to it. I've been referring to it as like a strawberry pink. Its more pink in person than it is in pictures- but the "hot pink" title is def a bit misleading, in my opinion.
