***Please note: this tape is mainly used for nursery grafting.*** Parafilm Grafting Tape is Manufactured by Original Parafilm M Manufacturer and is an economical plant grafting solution that is easy-to-use, and makes nursery grafting and/or budding efforts efficient for various grafters (nursery, landscapers, and home gardeners). Parafilm Grafting Tape is Waterproof, Flexible, Stretchable, and Self-Adhering. Its Breathable properties allows gases such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc. to pass through, and as such offers an excellent breathable moisture barrier. The combination is perfect for grafting which requires a barrier to keep moisture in while allowing oxygen and carbon dioxide to pass through. Parafilm Grafting Tape is not suitable for Laboratory use or in Areas where Temperatures exceed 54°C (130°F)

**Q: Is this product good for sealing collectible whisky bottles? the parafilm m product is much more expensive, should i use this instead?**
A: the tape made for grafting fruit trees & cutting graft budding for all kind. They are stretch & easy to use. I believe you can use for sealing because they also stick together very well. slowly pull it streching to seal or grafting anything. Try it. Good luck - Linda

**Q: Can I use it to tape a broken branch back to the tree?**
A: That's what we used it for and it worked. Our branches were small, 1/4" to 3/4" diameter, and part of the branch was still attached to the bush, so we used the tape to support the branch after we gently lifted and put the branch back into place. Not sure how well a branch would heal if it's completely sheered off. Worth a shot if you can catch it ASAP.

**Q: Just received two rolls I wanted to use for grafting. However, the film doesn't seem to be sticky at all and it immediately unraveled.**
A: Daniel, it is a wax based film. You stretch it as you are wrapping it. If it is reasonably warm, it will stick just fine. If it is cooler, you'll want to wrap masking tape, electrical tape, or something similar to hold the end. My preference is electrical tape.
