Methylcobalamin is the most easily used version. 5-MTHF is very good version and methyl folate is BY FAR better than the synthetic, lab created version of folic acid so these are all in the form your body can use properly without the poisonous versions. I had a gene test done and the 4 B vitamins in this are exactly what I wanted and it has the benefit of the other 2 quality ingredients. If you research, cyanocobalamin is made with cyanide and is NOT healthy. Methylcobalamin is the most easily used version. 5-MTHF is very good version and methyl folate is BY FAR better than the synthetic, lab created version of folic acid so these are all in the form your body can use properly without the poisonous versions. I had a gene test done and the 4 B vitamins in this are exactly what I wanted and it has the benefit of the other 2 quality ingredients. I have ordered some for my mother also and she feels a difference.
