I not sure , i  got what i pay for ...?in tool specification is note  --high carbon steel blades --on my tool is sticker  -- steel blades --and extra bonus after paying  s/h and no where any note  about additional coststa-da have to pay extra $ 35.03 to the hand  the ups delivery driverwhen asking amazon.ca -- no answer
