I wasn't sure a quart would be enough, but I ended up only using about 1/3rd of it. It covered great with only one coat. There was a smell, but no more than with any enamel paint. It was mostly gone by the next day. I am so pleased with the results.

**Q: Can i use this for a porcelain tub?**
A: I tried it. Works good. I recommend a little sanding with 80 grit sandpaper in the area where there will be water. Use a small roller where possible. I'm at three months with no loss of paint. Two weeks to dry fully without a box fan set to high.

**Q: How long does this paint to dry before using the refrigerator?**
A: This Epoxy dries fairly quickly as long as you apply thin layers. I followed the prep directions. I did 3 coats, 1 coat every hour, left to dry overnight.

**Q: Can this be used on ceramic tile shower walls?**
A: I’m sure it can I wouldn’t

**Q: whats the difference between this and the counter top paint?**
A: This is designed for metallic surfaces and the counter top paint is for laminate surfaces. This one is great, but it is fairly thin so I would prep and sand if you have chipped paint areas.

After reading the reviews, I purchased this paint for my horrible and rusty 42 year old dryer, I prepped it really well, sanded the rust off, and did a final clean with denatured alcohol as another reviewer suggested. It came out A-mazing! Super easy to apply a smooth surface with a foam mini roller. It still needs one last coat as you can see in the “after” photo.but I’m thrilled with the results. My only advice is to spend the extra time to remove any rust and clean it really well. I do a lot of outdoor garden art, so I was already a huge fan of Rust-Oleum. (see my cute bird statues below) I can’t say enough about the quality and longevity of this awesome paint!
