Is that possible?** A: The description indicates the light is not dimmable so I'd assume its won't work. Yet I don't know the output voltage of the photocell/motion detector combo switch. **Q: Is there a motion-activation option?** A: Mine did not have a motion sensor. Easy install and looks great. Lights up my 26 foot flag pole just right. the light is very bright, but the color of the light matches my other outside lights perfect. It says it is a 100 watt replacement, but in this case it is replacing my 150 watt halogen bulb. It has more light than the halogen and is perfect for my flagpole. Based on this the 150 watt LED replacement would have been too bright and use an additional 15 watts of power.
