From the manufacturer Using your Trodat Printy 4912 Self Inking Pastel Green Do it Yourself (DIY) 4 line Personalized Custom Stamp kit Push Stamp Down and Lock Press the stamp down and push the button on the back to the right to lock the position. Start Placing Your Message Flip the stamp upside down, making sure the arrows are pointing up. Using the tweezers, take your desired character and start creating your message. Release Lock and Insert Ink Cartridge Release the lock button and insert ink cartridge. Just Press and Print Your Trodat DIY stamp is ready to go. Just press and print to stamp your brand new impression. How to Replace Your Ink Cartridge Lightly press down on your stamp until the ink pad in the back side is completely visible. While lightly pressing, grab the finger tabs to remove the old pad. Insert the new pad with the inked area facing down.

**Q: Do 4913 cartridges work on this?**
A: No, the 4913 ink cartridge will not work in the 4912 stamp. You will need a 6/4912 ink cartridge for a Printy 4912. This DIY stamp does come with an ink cartridge included

**Q: Are there other color ink cartridges I can use instead of black?**
A: It only came with black but I'm sure you could find color rrplacements

**Q: Can you order more letter sets separately? if so where?**
A: Amazon Carrie’s the stamp sets for the 4912 they are under Trodat typo 6003 and typo 6004 for the letters only.

**Q: Why does the clear piece on top come off/what is it for?**
A: There's a square piece of paper underneath the clear plastic cover. Print on that piece of paper whatever you set in the stamper, it going to serve as a sample of the stamper.

A qualidade da impressão do carimbo não é muito boa e o estilo da fonte não pode ser personalizado. Além disso, a depender do que se escreve, faltam caracteres às vezes.
