I don’t remember this brand name (they worked well by the way). But here is one I found on the web with instructions similar to what I used. Amazon won’t let me post the link. Google dry ice packs usage tips. I just don’t remember the amount of soaking time, but 15 minutes sounds right. I also remember the instructions to weigh them down in the water so they stay submerged. When I was done, I put each sheet I soaked in it’s own ziplock bag (I was worried they would stick to each other when frozen) and then froze them for around 3 days before shipping them out. **Q: Since these reusable, can these be stored in shelf when not needed?** A: I store mine in a garage and use when I need them. **Q: How do you add the water and seal the cells? Each 13 x 14" sheet is equivalent to how much ice (in pounds)? What is the water capacity of each sheet?** A: Just soak in water. Ice packs plumped in under 3 minutes in water and froze overnight. Packs partly defrosted in the coolers on the trip but kept everything cold. Great buy! Dont let them touch as they freeze or they will stick together. My only complaint is they don't dry up to put away.
