One downsize is they can slide a little bit, so proper placement takes a little getting used to at first. I suggest wearing them before you are menstruating to figure out this fit and get used to them! I prefer ones with 2 snaps, such as this brand has, but single snaps work for me as well and I wear a size 5 panty. To clean I suggest rinsing out the day of and then running through wash or hand washing day of. I have run these through the dryer and 2 months in no issues yet. I have not had any problems with leakage while wearing these and I have a decently heavy flow for a day or two, nothing super heavy though. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Takes some getting used to *by J***K on Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2018* I wanted to try reusable pads to cut down on the amount of disposable pads I buy and use. I decided to try these to start, and overall I am pleased. They take some getting used to; it kinda felt like wearing a diaper at first. Wearing the "right" pair of underwear helps (for me, that means briefs). The snaps are secure and I haven't had to worry about them coming undone. I wear these overnight and haven't had any problems with leaks or too much shifting out of place; they are a good length. In the morning, I toss it in some cold water to soak and then handwash with some regular detergent and hang to dry. No problems with stains or lingering odors. The matching bag is great to store the pads between uses. The backing fabric is more of an off white rather than bright white like the photo, but that's a really minor thing. Since I use them just overnight, I can't really say how they would be for daytime wear. These are definitely worth a try if you're looking for a reusable pad. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ MONEY SAVER WITH NO SKIN IRRITATION!! *by G***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 31, 2018* I used for a couple of cycles before I wrote my review. Let me start off by saying I usually use tampons and I now use these exclusively!! These are the "medium Panty Liner" pads, they were just as absorbent as a disposable pad (if not more) with NO skin irritation!! Great coverage, they feel a little weird at first but you get used to it. I noticed some reviews stated they shifted or moved. I use cotton panties with these and had very little movement and no bunching. I'm also a plus size gal. The snaps are very sturdy and the wet/dry bags work perfectly, no odors or leakage.
