**Q: Can you continue to dye your hair while using Nutrafol**
A: My Wife does and she has had great success with halting hair loss. Hair loss started after COVID. This really worked and she has continued coloring her hair.

**Q: Does it have iron in it?**
A: I don't know about Iron content, but I couldn't use it because it had Iodine in it.  Allergy to iodine made me return it.
