Review: As a frequent traveller and airline employee, I highly approve! - I originally purchase one of the carry-on bags for my partner who does a lot of business travel. He absolutely loves it and uses it often. It has held up well to the stressors of the airport and baggage handling and the looong walks through Toronto airport. Because it was so great for him, when my daughter needed new luggage for college, I trusted the product and ended up buying her the full 3-piece set and it has been serving her very well on her bus travels back and forth to home. As a frequent traveller and airline employee, this product has been my go-to recommendation to other travellers and will be our family go-to when we need replacement luggage. Rolls very nicely and has a nice, comfortable handle, lots of compartments inside, handles extra baggage on top nicely as well. Haven’t used the USB charger port yet but judging by the overall quality of the luggage, I’m sure it will be just fine when we do use it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zipper binds and splits even when empty.

Perfect size, travels well. Would be great if not for the nonfunctional zipper in the inside. It didn't work from the day i bought it. Working on a warranty claim now. UPDATE, file a claim as directed by the company. Received an email notification that they had 30 days to respond. Never heard another word. It's well after 30 days and i have reached out multiple times. 4/8/23 UPDATE: They finally contacted me and are replacing my suitcase under their warranty. New one arrives today. 4/10/23 UPDATE: New suitcase has a zipper that works perfectly. I even tested it by stuffing it with jackets and the zip worked as it should. I have returned to my 5 star rating.
