I used this on eye steak which usually is so tough you can't chew it and it turned it into this melt-in-your-mouth little steak --even flash fried in a frying pan! Couldn't ask for a better made product that goes beyond my expectations. The meat claws are another must have item that I didn't realize I needed until they were included with the tenderizer thingy. They are so strong and just the thing to use when slicing up a big chunk of meat or lifting a heavy turkey out of the pan. I will never use those fork type things again. This is my "utensil" of choice.
