I am a chef and I highly recommend purchasing Le Creuset workhorses which cook and bake perfectly, clean easily and which can become heirloom pieces. I do not recommend purchasing here where I am sadly disappointed. This piece arrived damaged and went back and I am still waiting for my refund.
