A: The hood ornament does fold down out of sight, but it does not illuminate when upright.  The headlights and taillights do illuminate, plus flash, when the horn blows and brakes squeal.

Came wrapped in a shrink wrap, box was missing . However all the functions do exits. I checked them personally. It’s a good product. Just don’t understand why the box was missing and it came in a shrink wrap packing.
