Review: They really work -- but beware if desertcart sent you a set that had been returned and repackaged! - The first order I received had a round part of desertcart Prime plastic package as the backing. It would not peel off without leaving a saran wrap type residue so they would not seal. I reached out to the manufacturer who sent me a new set which had the correct material to peel off. Evidently, what desertcart sent was a return they had repackaged. The new ones I received within days direct from manufacturer adhere and work as intended, and the customer service from Frog's Feet is wonderful. So don't blame manufacturer if they don't work, this was desertcart's fault who sent out a repackaged item that had been returned--not a new product. I see another review with same issue I had but evidently they didn't reach out to Frog's Feet, they just left a bad review. So, Shame on desertcart!

**Q: Will these stick to textured tiles in a bathroom? Thanks!**
A: They are great suction cups, but not sure if they will stick to textured tiles. I think it will depend on how deep the texturing is.

**Q: Is the hook removable?**
A: Yes, I removed the hooks. The hooks are VERY secure but I was able to twist the hooks off without using tools.

**Q: Will this hold a wreath on my glass door?**
A: They did not hold ANYTHING for me. I threw them out after something broke.

**Q: Will these suction cups hold a bath towel? Not sure the J-loop is deep/large enough. TIA**
A: looking at mine, I do not think the hook is big enough to hold a towel. But if it were, the suction cup would hold it.

I reached out to the manufacturer who sent me a new set which had the correct material to peel off. Evidently, what Amazon sent was a return they had repackaged. The new ones I received within days direct from manufacturer adhere and work as intended, and the customer service from Frog's Feet is wonderful. These are advertised to work on uneven surfaces, I had my doubts. Surprisingly they hold exceptionally well on the rough textured tile in our shower.

I fouled directions to apply one of the suction cups to the outside of my glass window. Waited to the next day to hang a lightweight wreath only 12 inches in diameter. The suction only lasted a few hours and then the whole thing fell down.
