Review: Great cart for the price, so simple to construct! - This cute purple rolling cart is fantastic, it holds lots of items, snd it seems sturdy enough to stand up to multiple turns as it rolls easily on linoleum. It has locking wheels, and it took me minutes to put together. So perfect for my small apartment that I ordered another cart in pale mint green. I have not tested it on carpet, but it could be kind of tippy unless your carpet is very low pile. Note: when you're putting it together, make sure all the pieces are facing the right direction! When I first put mine together, the top purple brackets we're facing out and the top basket wouldn't seat. I zip-tied the basket onto the brackets until - DOH! 🙄 - I figured it out and turned it around!

**Q: Can you use this without the middle shelf?**
A: Yes. If you only wanted two shelves you would not use 4 poles and the middle shelf.  However, the cart would be shorter and the spacing between the shelves would be the same as if you used all three shelves.

**Q: Is it possible to use/assemble without wheels?**
A: Yes if you prefer, the cart can stand without wheels. What's more the cart can be stopped in one place with the help of 2 lockable wheels.

**Q: Are the shelves plastic or metal?**
A: It's metal

**Q: Can the top shelf be inserted upside down so I have a flat area to place my laptop?**
A: I believe it could be done, but I don't know how stable the cart would be. Especially since it has wheels, you might have trouble keeping it in place while you type on your laptop. The laptop would need to be a small one, also. The cart is wonderful, and you had a good idea, but I'm not so sure it would work well with this one.

No tools needed and easy to put together. This worked out perfect for what we wanted. A 4 shelf dog food and treat station for our pups. It does wobble if you wiggle it but still sturdy it can handle being rolled around with no issues, it's a good fit for where we have it.
