As a chef, I've seen a lot of disappointed reviews but those are people trying to use this as sugar/sweetner substitute. It is clearly not that. It is certainly not sweet enough on its own. It has a sweetness but is not "sugar sweet. You'll be a lot happier if you use this as a food, supplement or flavoring additive. This should go very well, with peach, mango, oranges, sweet potatos/yams, pinapples and bananas. You can also add this to baked pound and loaf cakes. Packaging is also good - seals up tight but keep the powder out of the sealing strip. It is very fine and can cause trouble on the strip. The health benefits compensate for that issue as it is better for me than sugar.
