The box it arrived in was large and unfortunately would not open easily making a mess during unboxing. Once opened, multiple pieces were damaged. Amazon was not helpful. This was the fourth damaged delivery received in a month. They told me to hang onto it for 4 days while they found someone to pick it up. This was large and heavy. I will only use Amazon as last resort now. They’ve lost sight on quality products and customer service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ more like a pudding white *by C***T on Reviewed in the United States on March 25, 2017* Not as white as in photo, more like a pudding white, so off-white but also slightly pistachio-shaded? And it seemed the veneer was darker than I expected. I knew it wasn't real wood, and ended up not liking the "grain", but their description was accurate, I just realized I wouldn't like looking at it all day. Nothing awful but didn't match my room at that point. Also, regarding color, bear in mind could have been the lighting in my old house, too.Heavy, you'll need help with it. Came with a small chip in one of the wooden slats (I didn't open the rest up as soon as I saw the color), but considering size and weight for the shipping, the packing was adequate and the chip could easily be ignored if it's otherwise exactly what you want. ### ⭐ Poor quality for high price tag... *by C***T on Reviewed in the United States on June 23, 2016* After an hour and a half of assembly, at the final stage of drawer insertion into the complete desk, I found that the middle drawer components were not flush once assembled and as such the drawer is not opening and closing properly, it sticks against the desk top. Now to return it I have to disassemble?? Are you kidding me? And let's not forget the $460+ price tag!
