This is normal. - Miniature is made from the finest white metal alloy which is soft metal. ## Images ![Orc Warrior of Kargir with Polaxe (OOP) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51sQdCwBFGL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The axe was bent but I fixed it *by P***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 3, 2017* SIZE:Reaper miniatures are manufactured in the 25–35 mm scale.This orc warrior is approximately 42 mm (1 5/8") tall (see attached photos).MATERIAL:Reaper miniatures are made from a tin-based metal alloy.STRUCTURE:The body of the miniature is pretty robust but the miniature is not really well-balanced, as it tends to tip over.The battle axe of the miniature I received was noticeably bent, as you can see in the attached photos, but fortunately this is something you can fix by following the instructions below.DETAILS:This miniature is really detailed: the face expression is very clear and the chain mail has a lot of depth.HOW TO FIX BENT MINIATURES:If the axe of your miniature is bent, don't worry, this is pretty common: it's due to the miniatures being still hot when removed from the mold; casters handle them with thick gloves, which is not easy, and some parts (usually weapons) can be bent; fortunately, most of the times this can be easily fixed by following these instructions:1- Dunk the bent part of the miniature in hot water and wait for about 10 seconds.2- Determine the way you want to bend the part to straighten it out.3- Carefully apply pressure in small increments using your fingers.
