I am lean and slim, usually wear a small or medium depending on the fit, and the medium fit more like an extra small. So if you want a little more room, or if you are more gifted in certain areas, I would absolutely recommend going one to two sizes up. Overall, they are cute and worth it, but do not play yourself with the sizing.
