Basically a small (did I say small) cutting board with a lid for pulling your knife through. A half of head of lettuce is to large to fit under the lid. Add other veggies? Impossible. Makes salads? Drop the "s" and you could have a mini dinner salad for one. The time it takes to make the lettuce fit secure the lid, cut and reload your veggies, I would be through my salad made the good old fashion way.
