The tap started to leak a few months back and steadily got worse, like I hadn't fully turned it off. There didn't seem a way to dismantle it to change the seals, so I emailed support. They responded within 24 hours and sent me a new tap within 3 days. Very impressive. I see some people saying the TDS readings did not go down when using this system. They won't, and it does state that on the advert. You need reverse osmosis to lower the TDS. Which this unit is not. A bit unfair to give a bad review because you didn't bother to read or understand what you were buying. Very happy with this purchase.

**Q: can this item be used in a hard water (320 mg/l) area?**
A: Hi, I am not 100%  sure but we have no problem whatsoever with ours. We only use this at home for our drinking water.

**Q: How would I now a replacement filter is due? Do 3 need to be changed at the same time or they have different life span? thanks**
A: I guess they need to be replaced at once , them 3 but not 100% sure

Easy to fit, comes with a good selection of fittings to make life easy. Water tastes much better and it looks neat and compact under sink. Good flow rate better than previous units I've had.
