I got this replacement, watched a YouTube video on how to replace the assembly and that was it. Probably took 10 minutes to swap out the old one. The video is really helpful showing the installation of the gear band which is the most difficult part of the installation. A lot of little screws, keep them in a glass so you don't lose any while you are making the change..
