I love having tea in Istanbul. I get the best out of this tea with: 1. 1700 ml reverse osmosis water 2. Add 6 big teaspoons of tea to the cylinder in the teapot (or however you filter your tea from the water) 3. Bring the water to a boil 4. Let the water continue to boil until the tea is nice and dark Adjust to taste!
