"The “Prop 65” warnings are only required under California law. Over 800 items have been listed under California Prop 65. It requires businesses to notify consumers in California by ways of putting warnings on labels or on their specific websites about any of these 800 elements/minerals/chemicals in the products they purchase, which are often below levels known to cause actual harm.

All foods that are grown in nature contain trace levels of naturally occurring elements/minerals such as lead and cadmium, which are naturally present in all soils. Tasty, organic shiitake mushrooms in sugary coating. Taste must be acquired however, at first it is quite odd tasting - but grows on you with time. I do like it but use it sparingly now.
