Two things should have given away the high expectations I had for this book, had I paid closer attention before ordering: the fact it is self-published, and the short length. I am also giving myself one star for spending this much money on something that could have been published on a blog and I could have read for free. The editing is horrible. Misused punctuation and terrible grammar (page 6 stated "The same seven elements which form the cosmos form also ours body." (And the author supposedly has a phd...The information contained is so scant and nothing to get excited about. One chapter is for "exercises"...there are only TWO and the chapter is only 2 pages, with photos of a hand, and a girl from behind on the beach. Definitely NOT what I paid for or expected. Wish I could get my money back and by something more informative.

Meditation exercises in this book - is what I was looking for. I've read other same topic articles and books, but this one is probably the best from all of them. Nice divided chapters, all clear and using easy vocabulary. This guide made me think deeper about several things, a great read for everyone who wants to expand thinking.
